We loved our stay in this beautiful old house in a beautiful old neighborhood. Jen and Rob were friendly and welcoming, and breakfasts were delicious. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

We made it up to the Butterfly Conservatory at Niagara Falls, which was definitely worth the excursion over to Canada. There are some yummy dinner options a ten minute walk to the west on Elmwood, including Mythos Greek restaurant and Saigon Cafe.

I love the personal touches of a bed & breakfast and Oscar’s did not disappoint. What a beautiful home where the architecture and legacy of the historic home is celebrated. Breakfast was outstanding and the location is one of the best in the city.

Having onsite owners makes this experience so much richer. The hospitality as well as delicious hot breakfast served on china makes you feel pampered as a guest. The room on the first floor was perfect for our needs, so clean, with beverages & walk in shower. This was our first visit and will not be our last.

So much history & architecture in Buffalo, we came on a vacation and wanted to stay close to our destinations. Enjoyed the parking in the rear of the house and the neighborhood is nice. Our visit included City Hall tour (a must!), Martin House tour (2 hr), drove up to Niagara Falls NY to see our side and on the way stopped at the Hershell Carousel Museum(awesome). Various restaurants included BarBill (E Aurora) Mulberry, Schwabl's -best beef on weck. Enjoyed driving to old sites and took the back roads to see what everything 'used to be'. This is a big city & surrounds with lots to do.
