Great stay! Hosting couldn’t have been better. Very sweet and respectful and responsive. Very caring. Food was amazing. Truly amazing. Would not change anything

Jen and Rob are personable and helpful. Jen carried my bag inside, gave me a tour, and invited me to bring my friend to breakfast the next morning--which was divine: beautiful and tasty. I've praised Oscar's Inn on my blog: see georgeannmurphy.com.

Tips for other travellers

The Darwin Martin House, Graycliff, Delaware Park, and AKG Art Museum are all close and wonderful. So is the historic Linwood Avenue neighborhood to which Oscar's contributes so much.

This place was a real find. Perfect in every way. We were able to walk to many places of interest. The proprietors, Jen and Rob, were gracious and extremely conscientious meeting our every need. The food was delicious. All homemade by our hosts. They took special care to meet my husband’s food allergies. The place, itself, is a beautifully restored century old home. We would definitely stay here again.

Tips for other travellers

We had a beef on a week at The Place and dinner the next night at Hutch’s. We walked through the beautiful neighborhood to the Forest Lawn cemetery and hunted down Millard Fillmore’s grave. Also checked out the extravagant Nelson Bucher grave site. And we enjoyed the National park service’s Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural site.
