We recently camped out at Bloomfield Farm as a family of four. Upon arrival we was met by Farmer G. Farmer G was very friendly and had a great sence of humor which made us feel at ease and welcome. Farmer G made an effort to have a laugh and joke aroud with our 15 and 8 year old daughters too, he bulit a lovely rapport with them expecially our youngest (aka The Ginger Viking) The fire pit we had booked for the week was all set up and a stock of wood ready for us to use. The wood was topped up dialy by Farmer G. Shortly after arrving Farmer G's wife popped down to greet us, I beleive her name was Diane. Diane was also super friendly and brought various leaflets with local attractions and actvites along with a map to show us differnt places we may like ot visit. We found this very thoughtful and helpful. When we was due to leave the weather wasnt the best with the wind and rain. Farmer G popped down to see if we needed anything of if he could give us a hand. We thought the personal touches were amazing and very much apprecaited. We really enjoyed our stay with the amazing views and peacful sleep. We are already looking forward to returning next year. Thanks For having us! Cerys, Shaun, Darcey and Macie Aka The Ginger Viking!

Ohh the Views SPECTACULAR - V Quiet Campsite, with simply amazing South facing views. Dog friendly, and a seperate off-lead Huge field to run in. The pitches all have 10amp elec and drinking water points. Pretty level - Vans might want ramps for some pitches. Pitches are along top and RHS of a huge field, with nothing in the middle to spoil views, and are large. Top pitches have direct open views to the south, ideal for sunrise and sunset. Very dark skies area, good for stars if clear. Fire pits etc available. Loo/washing facilites are rustic and cover the basic needs - one of each For both M/F flushing loos and hot Showers (i.e. 2 loos, 2 showers total) in Wooden building, no sink/basin etc and loo a bit cramped. Guest numbers are limited, so zero queuing in our stay. The hosts are lovely, very friendly and very chatty, helpful. Cash preferred, so have exact money as no change. Definitely would stay again

We chose this because it was central in Pembrokeshire, so to explore no one area was too far away to travel too, and this worked oout well. Yoiu can get most anywhere in the region in 45mins - 1hr. Pub in village is 5 mins drive, didnt see if there was a footpath to it, or need to visit it though. Some shops etc to the south, 10 min drive, fo the basics, but main supermarkets in Haverfordwest or Tenby Docks. Pembrokshire is GORGEOUS!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we were leaving the owners were amazing. So welcoming and friendly. They were great with our children and brought their chicken round one morning and took our youngest on a wheelbarrow ride! The site is absolutely beautiful. The views are incredible and if you get a clear sky the stars are something else! Electric hook up and own cold water supply made our stay very easygoing. The toilets and showers are clean and ideal for purpose. Fully recommend anyone to stay here! It’s so peaceful and the pitches are huge! Thank you again for having us!

Places to visit would be Carew Castle! It were great and about 20 mins away from site, there’s a pub there too for food although we stoped on the way travelling home so didn’t eat there, another family on the site really recommended it. We visited Newport beach which were dog friendly and had caves for the kids to explore and then ate at The Wolfe Inn which was one of the best meals we have ever had. Tenby was about 30min drive away and was a lovely visit to the beach and little shops, get there early for parking. The Iron Age village is good too, probably spend 1-1/2 hours there.
