A warm and welcoming family who looked after us very well. The food was excellent - it was high quality traditional cooking which was exactly what we hoped for from a farm B & B.

Tips for other travellers

We enjoyed trips to Bude and Hartland Abbey and Gardens, but we found the peace and tranquility of the farm and surrounding countryside gave us the most pleasure.

Clean rooms, well stocked, milk is fresh not just sachets. Excellent breakfast. Welcoming, approachable staff

Beautiful private room and excellent facilities, but best of all a wonderful warm farmhouse welcome. Nothing too much trouble and every care taken to make us comfortable. Excellent full English breakfast.

Tips for other travellers

It pays to travel down the roads less travelled, you can find the most beautiful areas. Vals evening meals are well worth trying and the ice cream excellent
