Brilliant site for a quiet, peaceful stay. Great walks from the site, loads of birds nearby to see, dark and starry skies. Close to aboyne and ballater for local shops and cafes. Very friendly and helpful owners.

WE STAYED ON THIS LOVELY CL OVER CHRISTMAS 2025, ITS A STUNNING PLACE SURROUNDED BY FIRTREES AND WOODLAND.ACROSS THE ROAD YOU CAN GET DOWN TO RIVER AND ALSO THERE IS A GOOD FEW WALKS FROM THE SITE. THE WALK WE DID ON CHRISTMAS DAY WAS AROUND LOCH KINORD WHICH YOU CAN GET TO THE START OF THE WALK FROM THE SITE.THE SITE OWNERS JUSTINE AND ARCHIE WERE LOVELY AND CAME ROUND ON CHRISTMAS EVE WITH A BOTTLE MULLED WINE AND SOME LOVELY VERY DEEP MINCE PIES.WE WOULD DEFINETLY VISIT AGAIN.WE CAN'NT COMMENT ON THE TOILET FACILITIES AS WE USED OUR OWN.ALL IN ALL A WONDERFUL STAY.

We had a wonderful 4 days stay over Xmas and Justine and Archie were great hosts. Archie came to greet us and checked we knew we're everything was. Justine made some lovely mince pies and gave us a bottle of mulled wine on Xmas eve which we greatly appreciated. We will definitley return to firbank when we are next in Scotland.

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at Firbank Park CL. Facilities were great and the toilet was very clean. Communication between ourselves and Justine was timely and efficient, before, during and after our stay. Such a beautiful location, with fantastic walks right on the doorstep. We’ll be back!
