Paddington Farm

Bringing my group to Paddington farm has always been wonderful. This time we were also fortunate enough to have Amanda cater her wonderful food for us. My only feedback to give 5 star for every point, would be to eventually change the carpets that are heavily stained in the single rooms as they do look unclean. Also there was one lady on the phone who was quite difficult and unhelpful on my arrival day, I dont want to give names, just suggest that staff could be more accommodating and supportive whilst maintaining general Paddington farm guidelines. Fortunately Christine was around when I arrived and I felt her warmth and openness, and off course everything flowed beautifully at that point.

I'm extremely satisfied. Sometimes the women in my groups need a day or two to get used to the rooms and showers, but then everyone feels very comfortable. I've had two minor complaints so far, that the kettle isn't clean and the knives aren't sharp, but those are really minor things. Christine's service is brilliant; I really like her. She's always friendly, smiling, and I can always ask her anything. Thank you, dear Christine, I'm already looking forward to seeing you again next year. All the best, Anja

You were all brilliant as always. As more campers are using the main parking area I would suggest marking out parking spots as it gets easily congested in that parking area. I would also suggest some bike racks or an area (preferably with a roof) to secure bicycles

Great place to stay we shall be staying here from Now on when we visit family in Glastonbury. Lovely farm, great people we can’t wait to come back. The only little feedback we would like to give is the bunk beds and double bed are wobbly and creaky maybe time to replace these. Thank you for a lovely stay.
