First I’m so happy with the services from your staff especially the porter. They already standby when u reached and immediately help with the bags. He also response quickly when we request baby cot. The room was ok for me the toilet also quite clean. Things to improve are provide iron at each room or provide room service to request iron and one more can add more variety of food for breakfast.

1. on the cleanliness - I moved the position of the sofa and found that the floor was not swept clean and there was food residue under the sofa. 2. on the complimentary hi tea- not provide strawberry jems for scone, but replaced with butter,how to eat buttery scone with butter?? as known Cameron Highland is famous with Strawberry but they are not serving Jems with unreasonable reasons.

1) Cleanliness and tidiness could really be improved, as we could easily see dirt and dust at edges of bed, table and hangers, mouldy corners in bathroom and toilet, stained boiling flask and drinking mugs. 2) Inconsistency and negligence on housekeeping, as we had to call almost daily for boxes of tissues, toilet rolls, face towels and etc?! 3) Soundproofing should be improved, since there are very frequent praying sessions at the Mosque and a Striking Clock that sounds hourly!!
