Very helpful and friendly staff (via email) as I didn't meet any staff personally as the site is partially shut down for winter. Can't wait to stay again when the site is open fully.

In the winter months make sure you have plenty of water as the taps may freeze

Ease of booking and regular updates and info via email, easy to enter and exit. Great value. Out of season so cannot comment on facilities but elsun and water available. Very pleasant stay thankyou

Tips for other travellers

Great value and all you need on site. Short walk into town with interesting shops and variety of places to eat from cafe to hotel as well as take away. Walking trail along river and into gallows hill. Great views.

Quiet place ideal for a peaceful break away. Ideal for a fishing break Dog friendly with plenty places to take your dog a walk Town centre 10 minutes walk away with plenty of shops This visit the site was closed even tho there was no staff it was still easy to get on with our visit as the site is well set up you don’t need anyone due too how well set up acsess is in and out the site and how well your are instructed via email how to set up and were everything is before you arrive
