West Point Lighthouse Inn & Museum

Incredible location, and unique stay in the Tower Room. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was a decent size and furnished with antiques, bathroom was big with nice bath. Such an special experience to stay in the lighthouse tower. View from room of sunset was great (even tough small windows - it is a lighthouse!) and being able to climb to the working light at the top even when museum is closed at night was fun! Note no ta and coffee in room, but they are more than happy to let you use the breakfast kitchen downstairs. Breakfast was nice, simple and homemade. Overall, a special experience, would certianly recommend!

We arrived just ahead of tropical storm Lee so we were very lucky that the day was sunny. We walked the whole beach to really enjoy the view. We stayed in the Tower Room, which faced the beach, so there was a window on three sides which was great! We had a very good, filling breakfast with a variety of items. Thank you to the cook who gave us 2 large, warm chocolate chip cookies after breakfast. They were yummy!
