Garry and Tina are lovely hosts. They help you even more than you can expect; e.g. Due to the cold, my tires got deflated but Garry was kind to inflate them again immediately. The house has a 'fire place' which is enjoyable when it is cold and Garry made sure that I had enough wood for.

Tips for other travellers

3km away from the city Fursac where you can find all what you need, a café, a small supermarket, a backery, a gas station etc. 5km away a very good restaurant in Chamborand, for more shopping, you have to drive to La Souterraine (10km away). Nice place to relax, to do some light hiking etc.

Tips for other travellers

Good patisserie in Fursac and Chamborand has a very good cafe/restaurant for either lunch or dinner, very popular with the locals, book if you want to visit.

Un agréable séjour dans ce gîte rustique, aménagé et décoré avec soin et goût. L'accueil y est chaleureux. Nous avons fait des visites et de nombreuses randonnées dans les alentours. Merci à ces propriétaires charmants.
