What wonderful hosts, providing a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The special care each guest received during breakfast is outstanding. Would definitely book again.

sehr persönliche Betreuung sehr günstig zur Altstadt gelegen,nur wenige Minuten Fußweg entfernt Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück Bio-Frühstück, bestens alles sehr sauber und hochwertige Betten und Matratzen Kann ich uneingeschränkt als B&B empfehlen.

bestens für einen Aufenthalt in Rye geeignet Judith gibt auch Tipps für Restaurants ect. Hat uns der Restaurant NR. 50 empfohlen, klein, aber eine ausgezeichnete Küche mit regionalen Zutaten und sehr gutem Wein aus Kent

The proprietors were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. The room was very comfortable, and there were a range of beverages, topped up every day, and there was a fridge and a microwave, so you dont have to eat out every day. Breakfast was superb, all meals were cooked to order, and the toast and yoghurt both home made and delicious. Car parking was on site and Magnolia House only a short walk from the centre of beautiful Rye. Will definitely go again.

Tips for other travellers

Great accommodation, excellent host and hostess, very convenient location close to the centre of Rye. Winchelsea is another quaint village, a short drive away and well worth a visit. The train station is just up the road so you can leave the car at the guest house and go to visit Hastings as well. We like walking and managed to find some good footpath walks inland in lovely countryside.
