Magnolia House Rye

Judith and Javed take great care to give guests a comfortable stay in this special B and B. Excellent cooked breakfasts and homemade granola, yoghurt and bread are a real treat. Clean, comfortable rooms with large beds, microwave and fridge. Aircon a blessing during heatwave. This was our second visit and we plan to book again. Highly recommend! Thank you for making us feel so welcome both of you and for putting so much thought into making the building and service environmentally friendly.

It was like staying with family! A lovely, pleasant, and practical room with air conditioning and good beds, plus parking at the back of the building. The beautiful town of Rye is easily accessible and enjoyable to visit on foot! The friendliest hosts and a perfect breakfast made to order! Highly recommended!

Good location and met all our requirements.

The charming owner, Javed, really has thought of everything in the spacious room, even fresh milk in the fridge. 5 minutes from the station and also with ample parking and EV charging . Air conditioning in the spacious room was bliss, the bed was incredibly comfortable and breakfast was delicious. All achieved with zero carbon too.
