Such a warm, lovely welcome! We’re already recommending the B&B (and Rye!) to everyone we know It was also such a nice surprise to discover the B&B has a huge commitment to sustainability

Wonderful to stay in a B&B which is zero carbon! We were made to feel very welcome by Judith, and relaxed. Everything beautifully clean and a lovely big very comfortable bed. Only slight hindrance is the fridge making a bit of a noise during the night! A price worth paying to have the convenience of a fridge. Very good cooked breakfast, homemade granola bars and delicious homemade bread too.

Good location for walking into Rye. Near the station, too. Good facilities in the rooms and very clean. Excellent choices for breakfast.
