Lovely room and en-suite . Very friendly owners and staff. Amazing breakfast ( homemade bread and yoghurt ) and vegan option too. Eco designed Lovely stay for 2 nights- thank you 🙏🏻

Near to rail station and small supermarket 5 minutes walk. Microwave, fridge and kettle in rooms as well as cutlery/ plate and sachets of tea/ coffee etc. Owners provide little bottles of milk daily. Parking spaces with some electric car charging points too. Very hospitable and comfortable.

Magnolia House is a very well-kept guest house on the outskirts of Rye. The rooms are clean and quiet, with all the facilities that you'd expect. The staff are very friendly and responsive. There is an excellent range of cooked breakfasts, plus fruit, cereals and home-made bread, yoghurt and granola.

An ideal choice of B&B guesthouse, especially if you want a quiet stay in Rye with clean rooms and great breakfasts. Rooms at the front of the building are on a busy road, but quite well soundproofed so not noisy.

We had a wonderful stay at Magnolia House in Rye. We received a very warm welcome when we arrived. Our room was large and really comfortable. The shower was excellent and breakfast was delicious! We really appreciated having free parking and enjoyed the short walk into the centre of Rye. We definitely recommend staying here!

We chose to eat at local restaurants every evening, however our hosts had supplied a microwave, fridge, table and chairs for dining in our room after a day out exploring Rye.
