Magnolia House Rye

It was like staying with family! A lovely, pleasant, and practical room with air conditioning and good beds, plus parking at the back of the building. The beautiful town of Rye is easily accessible and enjoyable to visit on foot! The friendliest hosts and a perfect breakfast made to order! Highly recommended!

The charming owner, Javed, really has thought of everything in the spacious room, even fresh milk in the fridge. 5 minutes from the station and also with ample parking and EV charging . Air conditioning in the spacious room was bliss, the bed was incredibly comfortable and breakfast was delicious. All achieved with zero carbon too.

Magnolia House is a really lovely little B&B. Javed & Judith are so welcoming & helpful as are the staff. Breakfast cooked to order is a delight and the utmost care has been taken with everything. Thank you
