We were made very welcome on arrival and shown to our room which was spacious and very warm.

We had spent the day in Beverley and were looking for somewhere quiet for an overnight stay. Unfortunately you have to travel for your evening meal but it is only 3 miles into Driffield where there is a selection of places to eat.

Extremely welcoming hospitable place. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Wold Cookery School. I would definitely recommend as I have learnt many new life skills

Wold Escapes were easy to make arrangements with and got back to my queries really quickly. The beds are comfy, kitchen is fully equipped and labelled, property is so spacious and well planned out layout which means that you can hang out and socialise in the gamesroom or kitchen to the late hours without disturbing those wishing for an early night. So many activities on site that we didn't use any of ours!

Tips for other travellers

Cafe Nora is an amazing little find in town that provides quality breakfasts and can accommodate large parties of 18 people if contacted a day ahead of the visit. Be sure to check that your booking is with the Driffield branch as ours was made with the sister branch in error, but we still got accommodated all the same. Would also recommend taking bedding for a cot if ordered from Wold Escapes.
