Generally we thought the farmhouse was great for a big group and reasonably priced compared with other similarly large places.Comms were great and staff were very helpful. In terms of other feedback: -needed more dishcloths/tea towels for kitchen -needed more labels on cupboards/drawers -needed sharper knives for food prep -some smelly drain/toilet issues -woudl have been great to know about the padel court with more notice so all the slots weren't booked up

Thank you so much for your lovely comments it was a pleasure to host you over New Year. I really appreciate the other feedback too. It is particularly helpful so that we can see where to improve things for our next guests. The padel court information is mentioned in the check in detail email, the website and your confirmation email (although I appreciate you wont have had this as you booked before the padel court had been built apologies' that we didn't get in touch to let you know). The knife sharpeners are left our for gusts to use but thank you for letting us know we will give them a good sharpen before the next guests. We will also take a look at the drainage situation, I am incredibly sorry about this, we will ensure they are treated more often I also noticed the extractor fan had stopped working in that particular bedroom, it is due to be fixed this week. Apologies again for this. Thank you so much again for your feedback, we would love to see you all again.

Absolutely loved our stay, perfect place and location. Our only feedback would be that it would be nice to have some curtains in the lounge for in the evening when people are coming and going from padel

Great place and stay, the mattresses are a bit on the soft side but not back breaking. The bathroom toilet in watton room the "fan" doesn't work so there's a musky smell the whole time, this needs fixing. Otherwise no complaints. The £35 charge for charging the cars is a bit much since we did pay £4600 for 4 nights. I think if we book the whole place farmhouse, then the car charging should be covered in that price, that's my suggestion.
