Great place to stay,Eleanor and Metin were very helpful if we needed anything,the house is lovely and well equipped and the location is great,I would highly recommend Oyster cottage.

Excellent accommodation, kept in pristine condition. The superking bed was a particularly appreciated feature. Being close to a lights-controlled pedestrian crossing was also useful, to get across the busy Mumbles Road and onto the lovely promenade, into Mumbles and beyond to the Pier. We were fortunate in being able to park all our cars in Norton Road for a few days, but having the option of parking one car at the Norton House Hotel was reassuring.

Tips for other travellers

Use the Swansea Bay Land Train (it runs from Blackpill to Southend, near the pier) to get along the very long promenade. Alternatively, Swansea Yellow Cabs proved to be first class (especially if using their App). Having a few drinks in the Norton House Hotel beer garden, was a very relaxing experience. The excellent Mumtaz Indian Restaurant is only a very short walk away, and you don't even have to cross the road.
