We only stayed a couple of nights but had a very nice meal at the George and Dragon on the second night having brought our own food for the first night.

We had a fabulous week staying in Cley. 7 of us (grandparents, parents, 3 grandsons) plus 2 dogs were very comfortable at Gladden . . . it is very spacious and has all the facilities we needed, is in an excellent location for walking or driving to places too. We hope to go back, would definitely recommend.

Tips for other travellers

Great crabbing for the kids in various places, lovely expansive beach at Holcombe. Sunday lunch at the Harnser in Cley was delicious . . . as were our BBQs in the garden. The kids loved the park up the road too.

Perfect cottage, in perfect location. Lots of information sent prior to stay. Julia was a perfect host and always contactable if needed. We will be returning.

The Dun Cow at Salthouse and the 3 Swallows at Cley were our favourite pubs.
