They make you feel right at home,from the moment you walk through the doors booking in, help with luggage & show you all the amnesties available including free wings, fridge/freezer, practically everthing you’d find at home:there staff always courteous, polite & friendly- a stones throw from the seafront , the downs a lovely experience to not be missed -I’d recommend anyone to visit & stay at this hotel inn

The model village is a must - only short walk. & double size of great yarmouths - you pass the rail track on the way - to which takes you to & from the beach, wonderful cafe & amazing prices ; the theatre is a must especially if a big show is on at time of visit, from Torquay -Paignton-& Brixton they all have there own specials - but for families with children Paignton comes on top with such more fit the kids to be kept happy;

Convenient base for lovely places to visit in surrounding areas. Babbacombe has a lovely beach, a good theatre and various entertainment venues within their hotels

The owners and staff couldn’t enough for us. The location is perfect and the view is incredible. We would highly recommend this place to stay. Considering it’s about a pub the noise is minimal.

The pub itself does nice lunch and evening meals but we also we to surrounding establishments and enjoyed a variety of local cuisine. The only thing I would have liked is a dedicated parking bay. Apart from that a great place to stay.
