Very pleasant staff, sea view room lovely and clean with good facilities

Lovely welcome and hospitality from Chris and the team. The Schooner room was lovely, spotlessly clean and beautifully fitted. We enjoyed staying for a near by theatre break just a stroll from Babbacombe theatre ❤️ only negative is the room sound insulation is poor, we were kept awake from noisy people/tv in next door room and hallway floor is so creaky to wake you whenever anyone uses the hall to access a room
