Beautyful guesthouse, the rooms are cozy and clean. The breakfast is delicious. Sandra and Steve are very friendly and kind.

Rye Harbour the "Ship Inn" for eat and the City are so lovely, small streets, a wonderful church, Lamb House..
Hastings are a lot of Shops and Restaurants
