Wonderful friendly hosts with freshly baked brownies and tea by the carp pond on arrival. Then a freshly cooked breakfast every morning. Good advice on places to eat and all recommendations didn't disapoint

Tips for other travellers

You probably need you own car to explore the local area such as Hastings, St Leonards, Battle and Rye are all a short drive away and being able to park directly outside for free is a bonus.

Our third stay In Stream House. Very clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast, the host does every thing to make your stay as pleasant as possible and has has good tips to eat out in the area. We also enjoyed the wonderful garden and will certainly like to return.
