Thank you for your thoughtful review and for sharing this advice with future visitors. You're absolutely right that visitors should be aware there are no streetlights on the island. At the same time, that's part of what makes Mayne Island special. No traffic signals, winding roads, quiet evenings, a bike path from the ferry terminal to Miners Bay, and yes, the occasional deer that suddenly appears in front of you, are all part of everyday island life. Thanks again for your visit, and we're glad you enjoyed your stay.

The Grove is a beautiful location, and Marc is a very friendly and accommodating host. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. :)

We had such a lovely stay at The Grove B&B! Our host was warm and very accommodating, and the beautiful place was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The lively breakfast was a lovely touch. Truly time well spent!

We rented the one bedroom suite and the unit was very spacious, clean and looked newly renovated. Marc was a very hospitable host.
