All good, lovely room with sea view,well equipped tea coffee makers etc…staff are friendly and helpful, bar and restaurant great…especially the breakfasts…the owners are hands on and really care about the guest experience I would come again without hesitation, but would need to know their WiFi works as we had problems using the internet.Everything else was perfect .

Tips for other travellers

We came for a family event so everything we needed was at Tesco just round the corner, we went into Bognor for essentials such as chemist,as the hotel has a lovely bar and restaurant we didn’t really need to leave the hotel,it was winter but we will be back to enjoy the beach in Summer.BOOK your Sunday lunch as they are really popular and sell out fast.

Excellent place to stay Lovely friendly informative staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms very clean beds 100% comfortable facilities in room special little bottle of water left on tray next to beds tea coffee making facilities. We had beautiful sea view. Restaurant food Excellent with good choice of food. Can't fault anything about stay.
