A very enjoyable stay. Did not skimp on Tea, coffee, toilet rolls etc

Friendly Great location Very clean

Before we arrived I’d already had a text about parking from Jon which was much appreciated. We were attending a wedding nearby so my husband was checking us in and he enjoyed a pint while doing so, the bar staff were very friendly with people enjoying food, there was football on the tv (very welcome for him as his team were playing) and he commented on how helpful Jon was. Our rooms were great, fantastic comfortable beds, very spacious, clean and great supplies of tea, coffee and biscuits. Jon was there at check out, he is so friendly and made our brief visit feel personal which was a great touch. We loved Richmond and will definitely stay again.

Excellent location in the Market Place, spotlessly clean. Fantastic value for money.
