Very welcoming and friendly host. Comfortable room with cosy bed. Lovely relaxed breakfast and I appreciated the take-away breakfast for my last morning. It was very good value for money compared to other B&Bs in Inverness.

Walking distance to train & bus stations, and restaurants and shops. Good gastro-pub around the corner.

The location is up the hill from downtown, which could be a challenge for people with mobility issues, but other than that,it a great B & B. Susan is an amazing host and very welcoming and accommodating.

We stayed in Inverness for two nights and dined at The Mustard seed the first night and the River House the second night. Supposedly, these are the best two restaurants in Inverness. The Mustard Seed was really good, but we preferred the River House as it was smaller, quainter and better service. Its a must if you like seafood. Make a reservation well in advance.
