Dave the host was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was in a perfect location, spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped and very spacious. I took my Mum who is 96 and it was perfect for her as everywhere was flat. Would definitely return next year.

The Shelbourne is home away from home. David is always accessible and super helpful. Very comfortable and clean apartments. The shower in the en-suite is the best in Southport.

Tips for other travellers

The Shelbourne is in a very convenient location with a Morrisons food market across the street. Lord Street is across the street with many restaurants of all types of cuisine. The Promenade is short walking distance.
