Denise and David are the perfect Hosts, so welcoming. Budds is the perfect stay for peace and quiet in beautiful countryside. It must be right, we have stayed there for 11years now and have booked for 2025.

A really friendly welcome, couldn't be more helpful!! The place absolutely spotless,cream tea waiting for your arrival which I must say after a long journey it goes down a treat.

Tips for other travellers

Not far from Bude which only takes 10-15mins, A good shopping centre , also a lovely sandy beach, enjoyable walk along the canal, Plenty of places to eat. It's worth going to Widemouth bay dog friendly the beach more rugged my dog loves it. Further along from there is the Beach HOUSE doesn't look anything from the outside but the food and staff are excellent, well worth trying!!!

Swallow Barn was very clean. There is everything needed for a lovely holiday... Facilities such as washing and drying and a dog bath. The enclosed garden was brilliant for our dog.It was so peaceful and quiet a lovely place to relax. David was very helpful and the cream tea on arrival was very much appreciated.

Tips for other travellers

Lots of places and beaches to visit..need to check beaches for allowing dogs on. Sandymouth is a good beach for dogs..no restictions at all.
