Our 11th year staying at Budds Farm and we hope to continue for many years to come. The location and cottage is perfect in everyway.

Loved the cottage and the garden. Everything was immaculate and lots of equipment in the kitchen. Children loved watching the birds and bats in the evening. The washing and drying facilites were brilliant with young children. Cream tea was a lovely thought and much appreciated when we arrived.

Perfect location for us, and a very warm welcome. Wagtail was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, we had a fantastic holiday. The dog wash room was so useful after a day at the beach. We have already booked a return visit. Many thanks.
