Great communication and helpful information. All needs were accommodated and I was made to feel very welcomed. I would certainly recommend Ferndale Mews and I would return if I'm in Bristol.

We so appreciated being able to get into the room so early. And for the promptness and clarity of your communications. The ease of room codes and all the information supplied were also really thoughtful features. Thank you for servicing our room when we hadn't remembered to put the notice outside. Fresh flowers and fresh milk were also much appreciated. The only thing we would have liked were hooks, perhaps on the back of the shower room doo, to hang our towels to dry.
