All very good thanks . The only reason I gave 4 for service/staff is it wasn’t relevant for our stay. Also it was made clear the owner was about in case of a problem so no issues there.

Tips for other travellers
Plenty of shops/cafes. Westbury on Trym has the down area where one can view the Avon gorge and Brunel’ssuspension bridge. About three mile walk away. Quite spectacular.
