David and Alison were very welcoming. The room was beautifully decorated, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of fruit, cereals, yogurt and cooked options. The house is situated in a very quiet location with a beautiful garden and lovely views and we were given a kind gift of plants on leaving. We would definitely recommend it to friends.

The property is within easy access of Tiverton and Knights Hayes NT gardens and there are two good pubs both serving food in walking distance, the Redwood Inn and the Globe.
