This is our 3rd stay, with another one on the horizon. It's a rural location (so don't expect a shop just down the road) with a stunning view over the garden. Alison offers a great breakfast. We're fans! P & S

Tips for other travellers
For dinner, the Redwoods Inn does decent pub grub (walkable), whilst The Globe in Sampford Peverell (10 min drive) is excellent (& super value for money).
We like to walk so the picturesque Grand Western Canal is a godsend. Lots of public footpaths to boot.
