Without doubt the best B&B we have ever stayed! We cannot praise enough, Colin and Lisa are so informative and helpful. Great breakfast, fresh milk for tea. You will not be disappointed.

Tips for other travellers

Great location, cafes,shops just a few steps away. Great walks by river etc without even having to get in the car. For beer lovers local craft beer at The Cobbles.Kelso has a great sense of community. We love this place so much we are moving here!

Received a warm welcome. The room (5) was large, as was the bathroom, beds very comfortable. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast. Small garden at the front is quite a suntrap! Parking outside. Easy access to the market square, the river, pubs etc.

Tips for other travellers

The steps at the front of the property are quite steep, but we accessed via the ramp round the back with our luggage, then a short flight of stairs to the reception area.
