From Our Initial Reception to Us Leaving . We received the very best Attention. The Room and Service were of the very highest order. Colin & Lisa Were Very Helpful and Knowledgeable .. And... Made our Visit to Kelso Second to None..

Very warm welcome from both Lisa and Colin The guest house is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and a great choice available.

Amazing location. Fantastic amenities, clean and well catered for. The breakfast is to die for. Lisa and Colin are amazing hosts who go out of their way to make you feel at home and help you with any queries. I had such a lovely stay! Highly recommend!

We attend the Coldstream Civic week almost every year and normally book our accommodation well in advance. But this was a last-minute booking as we were awaiting hospital appointments to be confirmed. The only drawback was the accommodation was in Kelso and it was 8 miles to Coldstream. But we could not have booked a more pleasant Guest House anywhere near by including Coldstream. The room was specious, very clean, one of the best beds we have slept in. We would highly recommend if you are walking or on a cycling tour to book this guest house as it is located in the middle of the borders. We ourselves would stay again. Well done Colin and Lisa M&W
