Everything was just how a BnB should be. Excellent breakfast, personal touch (we enjoyed chatting with you both), immaculately tidy and clean.

stress the location - very quiet and so close to the square with its shops and eateries -which is fantastic. So many historic houses to visit

Very professional and kind hosts. They went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Spotlessly clean everywhere and breakfast was delicious.

So so near town centre and if going to Floors castle within easy walking distance. Really quiet accommodation
