Thank you Susan for this lovely review. Delighted that you enjoyed Hogarth's porridge - their oat flakes are amazing and are brought from the mill in Kelso by foot; so great for the environment! We've have just had ours this morning with cinnamon and grated apple - very yummy.

Colin & Lisa are excellent hosts, accommodation is top notch and ideally placed. They go above and beyond plus Lisa delivers a superb breakfast. Highly recommend

Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. It’s so lovely to find a ‘traditional’ bed and breakfast place, with welcoming and friendly hosts, a well appointed en-suite bedroom, perfectly cooked breakfasts and lots of helpful local information readily on offer.
