We know how much easier and more enjoyable a holiday is when you can travel with your dog in confidence, knowing there are good walks close by, practical facilities to hand, and people who truly understand how much dogs are part of the family. Our location, with the park just across the road and so many beautiful local walks nearby, does make Rosemount Hotel in Pitlochry a wonderful base for a dog-friendly break. Lovely hotel with lovely hosts. Breakfast was beautiful and very generous. The room was immaculate but a little bit on the small side for us.

Some of our rooms are more compact than others, while our Premium rooms and Junior Suites offer considerably more space and lovely views. Unfortunately, over such a busy weekend, those larger rooms were already fully booked, but we would always be very happy to help you choose one of them for a future stay. Lovely welcoming stay with excellent home cooking both breakfast and dinner. Hotel is spotlessly clean and suite was big with lounge area. Beds are also very comfortable. The owner provides great tips for outings and places to see. I would highly recommend this hotel for a break in Pitlochry.

Warm welcome. Very friendly and helpful staff. Anne was only too happy to show us on a local map a couple of walks that we could take with our dog, and to give us information about the town and its attractions. We enjoyed our cooked breakfasts and to our chats with the staff there. The room had lovely views and was spacious as was the en-suite bathroom, and all was very clean.
