We were looked after by brilliant and caring owners and staff, they did everything they could to make us feel welcome. Would certainly visit again if in that area.

ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THE ROSEMOUNT HOTEL . WE STAYED BB , THE BREAKFAST WAS MORE THAN ADEQUATE, ALTHOUGH THE LINK SAUSAGE WAS A BIT SPICY FOR OUR TASTE. THE ROOM WAS OK , BUT THE DOUBLE BED WAS MORE SUITED TO A SINGLE ROOM THAN A DOUBLE . WE COULDN'T GET THE WINDOW OPENED, AS A SUBSEQUENT, CONDENSATION WAS RUNNING DOWN THE INSIDE OF THE WINDOWS . FAN IN THE BATHROOM WASN'T WORKING WHICH PROBABLY ADDED TO THE PROBLEM.

Hello and thank you so much for sending us a review to alert us about the situation with your room ventilation. It looks as though there was a perfect storm of conditions, with a failing fan causing a build of moisture, which in turn may have caused the wooden window frame to expand and tighten. Unseasonably cold weather would, in these conditions, cause condensation of air from a warm, moister than usual room onto cold glass. The fan is fixed, now, but its must have been a nuisance for you and we apologise most sincerely.

During our short stay at the weekend, we were very pleased to have chosen your hotel. We found the accommodation, food and staff to be excellent and with hopefully return for a longer stay in future.
