This is the second time I have stayed at the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed it again. So close to the city centre but quiet and peaceful too.

Everything we needed to make for a very pleasant break. Good location in town with secure and guaranteed parking a huge plus.

A great apartment that had everything you need whether you are staying for a short weekend break or a month long stay. Great communication with the owners and they were quick to respond when I asked if the parking space would be big enough for my Campervan and it was.

Tips for other travellers

The apartment is ideally located and within a 20 min walk you can be in the hustle and bustle of the city centre or down by the quay. If you are into walking then a walk down the canal and river are a must. We dined at the Exe and Harry’s Restaurant and would recommend both.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped and in a great location near the city centre, with parking which can be tricky in Exeter. When self catering you normally need to take your own cleaning products, tea towels, sharp knives and a few other essentials but this place is managed by someone who understands this and has provided all of those things! There was even milk in the fridge on arrival. Amazing!

Hire bikes on the quay and cycle down to Exmouth
