Caz and Steve are always friendly, helpful and go that extra mile to make your stay very enjoyable. The breakfasts are amazing we will be back again next year.

Just wow! The most beautiful guest house I've seen, and got to be the nicest in the area! Could clearly see the great attention to detail through the furnishings and decor of this guest house, which was gorgeous and the way I want my home to be. So cosy! - We have bought that same B&M large candle for our home too! ;) Steve was an absolute joy and pleasure to see every morning! The chats, the laughs, nothing was too much trouble. We really appreciated that Steve suggested we keep our car in the designated car park space even on our day of check out as we were still in the area. This is an added touch that as a guest I will remember, because he compromised his peace of mind by letting us "keep" the car key beyond check-out. Massive thank you for trusting us with this. We felt so looked after by you. We miss the banter and you really made our stay memorable. We loved coming back to this cosy retreat every day. It was like a warm hug.

This is a beautiful B&B the owners are every friendly and accommodating. The rooms well decorated and maintained and the breakfast is spot on. The location is right in the heart of Ambleside.
