Another lovely stay - the first time we've been away since Mike's open heart surgery, and it really good. Delicious breakfasts, very comfortable room. Thank you to you both for your welcome. We will be back!

Tips for other travellers

We stayed in the Superior Peacock room, and it was spotlessly clean, nicely designed, and a good sized room. The bed was large and comfortable. There was lots of tea, coffee, and coffee pods, milk and biscuits supplied, and also more available outside of the room in their supplies cupboard. The little fridge in the room is useful. There was a cold bottle of water waiting for us, and more left outside on the cupboard top when needed. The room had everything one needs for a comfortable stay: towels (lots and good sizes), shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cream. The breakfast was ample, freshly cooked and buffet, with lots of different choices, and all very tasty. The location is really nice with parking, and it is safe. There is a lovely riverside walk, 15 mins, into the city centre. We have to say that this is one of the best B&B we have been to. It had everything you could possibly need for a short break. We thoroughly recommend it. Thank you Heidi and Paul.

Paul and Heidi hosted our stay above and beyond expectations. The breakfasts were delicious - freshly cooked and served at table with snowy white cloth and shining cutlery. Bedrooms beautifully presented with very generous welcome provisions. Our comfort was catered for most thoughtfully. Thank you, Dallas and Cecilia
