what a welcome on arrival, clean room and fresh, everything i needed in room, if wanted anything else just ask, breakfast spot on, well cooked and hot, if you needed help just ask all staff friendly. evening food same or sometimes cheaper then if you went out and drinks a lot cheaper. lovely lady that has been there many years very friendly and polite to talk too, will visit again. never got her name but hope i can get in touch with her knows a lot about whitby.

Lovely clean hotel with very considerate staff I walk with a stick and the lady took my luggage to the room The room was nice comfy bed all you need from a hotel room Breakfast was excellent and the location of hotel was good overlooking the sea and not too far from town Overall I had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel to everyone

Really helpful and informative. Excellent service. Location is really good. We especially highly rate your breakfast service. Great selection and the cooked breakfast was perfect each day. Service at evening meal and breakfast was really good too.
