Lovely place to stay, very clean and comfortable. Bed was a 10/10 on comfort. The bedding was like sleeping on a cloud! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was seamless. Breakfast was very good, nice range of cereals fruit and yogurts to chose from. Full English was also very good. Location is perfect for a short walk down to the harbour /town. Plenty of places to eat/drink with a selection of pubs, bars and little cafes. Plenty of shops for browsing in. Couple of arcades to keep entertained for an afternoon too! Will definitely stay here again!

This isn't the first time we have stayed here & again it didn't disappoint. Parking was via scratch card in front of the hotel on the road as hotel car park was full. Not a problem. Room was on the 2nd floor and was lovely & clean & had everything we needed. On suite was nice & modern & very clean. There was tea & coffee making facilities available & extra milk was available from reception. A hairdryer was also in one of the drawers. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice of cereals & juices & the full English was cooked perfectly. Coffee available as required. Staff as always were lovely and helpful. Will definitely stay again on our next visit. Just a point, the hotel is up on the west cliff & has some steep hills to climb on the way back, so anyone with limited mobility could possibly struggle unless they take their car & park in Whitby centre.
