Jean and Paul are excellent hosts. Everything about our stay was first class - the location, the breakfast, the room, and the company. Thank-you.

There are plenty of local walks and reasonable restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms, hospitality and location do not disappoint. Jean and Paul have a lovely B&B, it's spotlessly clean, great facilities with tea, coffee and biscuits in each room, plus great views of the surrounding mountains from bedroom windows. Jean is the perfect hostess making you feel at home and very welcome. Great selection for breakfast including a very tasty full english, cereals, yogurt, toast and fresh fruit. We will definately stay there again when next in the area. Thank you Jean!

It is a short walk to the Bridge End Inn where we got a very good and reasonably priced evening meal.

We had a fantastic stay. Great friendly host. Fun to watch the sheep and play with the dog. Yummy breakfast.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely weekend at Port Y Berllan. The room was spacious and immaculate. My boyfriend had a really good night sleep (he usually sleeps terribly). I was really disappointed we had to leave to go home as I could have stayed with Jean and dog Boot for weeks! What a lovely, friendly place to stay. I hope we can go back another time! Cooked breakfast was a real treat too - we were so well looked after! Thank you.

Book a table at The Bear, we were lucky to get a table by the door but it was very busy even for a Saturday night in January! There are some great walks to be had from this location too. We went running in the mountains and just parked a mile up the road to save our legs a bit.
