"Views from the estuary facing rooms and grounds are second to none.
Staff couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful.
Dining very good, although a reduced breakfast menu at the weekend and the same menu every night that we stayed - although we found enough we were happy with for the three nights we were staying.
The first room we were in was a little tired with a patch of damp which needed sorting out, also situated over the kitchen, which made it hot with cooking smells in this exceptionally hot weather. The shower also delivered a large dose of water onto the bathroom floor as the door was opened.
The bed was very comfortable.
We found it odd that there was only one comfortable, relaxing chair in the double rooms.
Thankfully the wonderful staff were able to change our room, which was delightful and much appreciated.

"Definitely book an estuary facing room, you would miss a treat if not.
Everything you could need was provided in the room, robes, hairdryer, iron and board, fan, toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities and water.
Be prepared for the need to drive to beach etc.
"
