"Our room, Steff, was absolutely amazing and would be a must for the summer months with it's own patio. We did find the room on the cool side, especially the bathroom. We did use the little heater in there but it didn't seem to make much difference. It was surprising because the radiators were all very hot. All the staff were so helpful especially the young lady on duty on Friday 19th evening. There was a young man training and there had been a mistake with our drinks order but she stepped in and solved the problem and continued to serve us for the rest of the meal. I am sorry that I didn't catch her name but please could you pass on our special thanks to her. I am also very grateful for allowing us to move our original reservation due to me having Norovirus. We wish you every success over the festive period and will be making another booking in the warmer weather next year."
