Tip:
"Bewares the access road as it gets narrower and narrower! The turning at Newlin across the main road has to be believed as is the steep clime up the hill."

Yes the hill up from Newlyn can be a bit tricky in the height of the summer but as long as you take it easy it is pretty much ok. Our road is narrow but plenty of passing places. It really is a delightful setting. Nick.
