"Staying here was the highlight of our week. My wife and I were walking the coastal path and stayed here for 1 night. It’s an absolutely stunning place with beautiful views of the sea. There is a pub across the road with stunning views too but unfortunately doesn’t do food. We needn’t have worried, our host Victoria not only cooked us our supper but also provided a bottle of wine. She then took our “order” for a cooked breakfast and delivered it at the time of our choice the following morning (with 2 substantial packed lunches) to keep us going on our next walk. All at a very reasonable price. Thank you again Victoria. "

"No need to leave the accommodation, it has everything you need. "

Thank you for your kind review, we’re so pleased you enjoyed staying in The Loft and as someone who’d walked and stayed all the way around the island it’s a real compliment to say this nights stay was your highlight of the week. Yes, we offer a meal (pre booked) to our coastal path walkers when The Lobster Pot Restaurant is closed as it’s the only place within walking distance for a meal in the evenings. The pub is drinks only and the Wavecrest cafe is only open 12 - 4.30pm Thursday - Sunday Walkers packed lunches must also be pre booked.

"The Loft is an excellent conversion of a farm building, and much more spacious than we were expecting. Very well equipped to a high standard; there's no TV (which made a nice change!) but there a plenty of books, games and a good quality radio/CD player. Furnishings are all good quality and appropriate to the age and style of the building. Unusually for self catering a delicious freshly cooked breakfast was provided on our first morning. "
