"Thank you Hassan! We had a lovely stay in Riad Layla Rouge, the location is great, it's easy to find the main square from the hostel and there is a great restaurant nearby. For our entire say Hassan was very kind to us, he answered all of our questions (we had a lot about the best things to do in Marrakesh!) , helped us to organise an excursion, taught us some Arabic, and even gave us some of his cake on his birthday, which was delicious. We would definitely come back!"

Tip:
"The Ourika valley tour that we did was a lot of fun. The best food that we had was at cafe rouge, and we also spent new years eve there. There is a great carpet shop called 'Al Matjar', the owner Chabi helped us to pick a carpet within our price range (we are students) and we didn't feel any pressure to buy. We have visited Marrakesh, Fez , and Rabat on our trip and we definitely had the most fun in Marrakesh!"

"Riad Layla Rouge was absolutely positively amazing. Just a few minutes' walk from the main square, but in a very quiet backalley away from the hustle and bustle. The rooftop terrace is unbelievably incredible, the breakfast (and tea and sweet!) delicious, the staff really, really nice. We stayed in a private room, which was fine, but really what you should do is stay on the "tent" on the roof -- most beautiful spot, coolest and quiestest at night."

"Ask the staff for recommendations for things to eat and to do! They're super knowledgable about all the cheap/tasty/interesting things around and really super friendly!"
