"We had one of the best weeks break ever. It was breathtaking from the minute we arrived until the last minute we left. Tranquil, quiet, superbly positioned on the loch, beautifully appointed with magnificent views from every window. We did not want to leave this wonderful place and can only thank Christina for letting us share this little piece of paradise on Skye. "

"Great place to eat seafood was The Galley cafe and takeaway, best Scallops and Mussels we have ever had."

"Christina was fantastic, very friendly and kept me well informed .
Only thing i have any comment on at all is regarding the logs. I am hopeless at reading instructions or even digesting a complete email so i missed the bit about the logs until i hand used a few additional ones from the bunker outside. Not only that but there would be a good chance a glass or 2 of vino and been consumed and no driving would be permitted by the time you had run out. I dont think the price is the priority when looking for special places to stay . Even if it was an extra 10% but covered the logs i Would have been happy.
Not an issue but just to let you know , there was a wee leak from the shower screen , the outside corner to the right looking at the door from the outside. Just incase it damages the floor or the ceiling below. "

Tip:
"The walk down and workout back from the lighthouse is well worth it.
The three chimneys at Talisker is 1st class and an absolute must. Great food and the staff were fabulous. "
