"Lovely site, was nice and quiet on this occasion.Been here many times before. We got caught out with the price hike for the super pitch however will be more careful next time."

"Obviously well positioned for Alton Towers. Uttoxeter town close and has approved somewhat. Lots of nice walking in the area. Lots of pubs to choose from."

"Second time used as a base to explore Alton Towers and it is a great site in a perfect location 10 minutes drive away.

Caravan pitch is big with loads of room for big caravan, awning and camper van.

Facilities are clean and have everything you need.

We asked for late checkout last minute and was not a problem and hugely appreciated, highly recommend."

"A must do , the walks available from the campsite. We dropped the children off at alton towers whilst we went walking at Dimsdale and had lunch at the award winning rambles retreat, great weekend "
