Cleanliness excellent. Lots of little added touches that make ones stay so much more pleasant. Food always first rate from Sue's cake each day to Steve's excellent breakfasts.
Sue and Steve excellent hosts too, always pleasant and nothing too much trouble to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable."

"Lovely stay in pleasant surroundings just on outskirts of Ingleton with Sue and Steve - very welcoming and extremely helpful.
We had a lot on our schedule and they helped immensely with decisions of where and when to go.
Lovely, clean en-suite room and great breakfast and love the cake each day!
Unlike many room brochures theirs was comprehensive, informative and very useful.
Great value for money and we look forward to returning soon.
