"First and foremost Sue and Steve were hosts that went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. Plenty if suggestions for us to do. The accommodation was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

"Harling House is certainly a bed and breakfast we will come back to. From the very start Sue and Steve were fabulous hosts. Prior to our stay we recieved emails of places to visit and dine, packed with information.
On arrival we had coffee and cake and a chat, which was lovely and welcoming. The room (Greta) was spotless whch included a spacious en-suite. Plenty of choice of drinks, tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc.
The location was super, just a short stroll to the village and a short drive to other places such as the Lake District.
The breakfast was superb, from a full English to lighter options, all cooked to order. We will be booking for next year as soon as we know our dates. Thank you Sue and Steve for making our stay at Harling House so special."

"Beautifully clean accommodation. Owners/staff extremely pleasant , your comfort their main concern.
Food excellent and wonderful choice.
Lovely touches like a daily cake available when you return from your day out. Superb lighting on garden steps and inside staircase. I will return!"
