"Rhona and Paul were great hosts who couldn't do enough for us. The stay came with a personal touch around breakfast time which was served in their 'home' with both of them present. The room was great (Robert Burns Suite) which was self contained and had everything to make the stay a real pleasure. The property is situated a short distance from Alloway/Ayr but it isn't possible to walk into town which was the only minor downside of our stay (not enough to spoil any part of it though!)"

Tip:
"We had some wonderful days out exploring Culzean Castle, the Ayrshire coast and the Robert Burns trail. The Fox and Williw restaurant was fabulous (booking in advsnce advised) and an amazing afternoon tea at Lochgreen Hotel."

"Ayrs and Graces is a wonderful bnb to stay. Five star in every way. Excellent accommodation and view's. Hospitality from Paul and Rhona very welcoming and warm. We were attending a wedding at The Brigadoon Hotel and Paul dropped us off. We will go back in the summertime next year to appreciate the view and explore the local area."

"We were delighted to find Ayrs and Graces online and it certainly lived up to our hopes and expectations. We stayed in the Robert Burns suite and it was very luxurious and comfortable, on the ground floor with easy access from the car park. We had a flower filled terrace outside the patio doors, with lovely views over open countryside. We enjoyed a morning cuppa outside in the sunshine each day. Lovely bathroom with marble floor, supersize bath and fantastic power shower. We had a gorgeously decorated, snug lounge with TV, and comfy chairs to relax in with complimentary whisky in crystal decanter with glasses. There was a great selection of tea and coffee with complimentary shortbread and hand made fudge. We were very lucky to enjoy a vase full of beautiful roses given to us by Rhona, which was a special treat. Our hosts Paul and Rhona made our stay absolutely perfect, they were so friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast, cooked by Rhona was superb with fresh fruit, yogurt and muesli followed by a full cooked breakfast, tea, fresh brewed coffee and toast. They made us so welcome we left feeling like friends. Our suite was self contained and we had our own entrance, which also gave us a lot of privacy, so it was the perfect balance for us. Additionally there is a delightful glass bubble in the garden, to sit in if it’s chillier and enjoy a drink and the beautiful views. From start to finish we had a brilliant time celebrating our anniversary,,and can’t wait to go back."

Tip:
"We had planned a meal in the Brig o down hotel, which was excellent and the hotel and riverside view impressive. We also went to the Fox and Willow recommended by Rhona. On our first day we went to Culzean castle which we thoroughly enjoyed and ended up having a drink in the Trump Turnberry hotel, which was an awesome experience. We also visited The birthplace of Robert Burns and the museum which was fascinating to discover the famous Scottish poet."
