"Boat trips from mBalloch and Wildlkife. Latter just look out the window."

"We stayed in the garden cottage suite which was beautiful and had a lovely romantic vibe🥰 The covered outdoor seating area allowed us to watch the moon light up the Loch which was perfect. "

Tip:
"We had dinner at Duck Bay Marina which is a 2min walk. The walk into Balloch is recommended along the shore past Cameron House and through a beautiful wooded area. For the best hot filled roll, go to The Rest and Be Thankful van and enjoy the breathtaking views x"

"Waters Edge is an exceptional place. Fiona and Andrew are superb hosts who make you feel so welcome you forget you're guests and think you're coming to stay with friends. We had the best night sleep in a super comfy bed. The view from our window of the Loch was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend Water's Edge guesthouse. The bonus was being surrounded by their friendly dogs, much needed after recently lising our labrador"

Tip:
"The duck bay restaurant is really nice, with views over the loch and a great place for a wild swim from the mini beach "

"When we saw that the coveted Garden Room was booked on the 1st night we were intending to visit Duck Bay, we requested to do 1 night in the "Nook" Room and then move down to the Garden Room for the 3 remaining nights. Our Hosts, Fiona and Andi were more than accommodating with a very easy booking confirmation fulfilling our request! From the beggining we were enchanted with this magical, serene and beautiful Cottage with splendid, spectacular views over the Lake Lomond. The contact with our hosts and even the other guests was more than just familiar; it was friendly and warm and we truly felt welcomed and at home for these 4 precious days! Many Thanks to Fiona, Andi and the very special Labradoodles Barney & Benji! Sincerely Charles Parton"

Tip:
"Boat trips from Luss are worth doing. Enjoyed the Dukes Pass/Three Loch drive in the Queen Elizabeth National Park. Excellent Indian restaurant (Annaya’s) in Balloch "
