"Hotel was fine and Helmsley could be gorgeous but is spoilt by dominance of huge, busy car park in the middle of the town. The hotel faces it. "

"Very pleasant staff, bed could do with a new mattress (springs a bit uncomfortable) being a town centre location I know it's difficult but windows a bit dirty and a the shower tray the same, check ..."
