"Excellent support received from the staff during and after booking was made. Very supportive, responsive and respectful staff online … they answered all my questions promptly with more excellent interpersonal skills shown at check out. I will definitely come back again with my family and friends. Thank you!"

Tip:
"This is a very short distance from the airport by taxi. Very quick journey but what makes it worth it is the staff and their hospitality. Very responsive, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt reassured and calm during the most stressful layovers in SJU because the staff communicated with me via email throughout the time after booking and before check in. I checked in around 2.30 am in the early morning and they were super efficient with their communication on how to check in after hours. For checking out, again as friendly, responsive and helpful in getting me a can to the airport on time.
The room is super clean and self contained. I had a good nights rest and even overslept! That’s how comfortable the bed and pillows were. This place cones highly recommended. "

30th March 2024:
"I love everything about this guesthouse, from the helpful staff at the front desk like Gotham to the helpful housekeeping. This place is built wonderfully and with a purpose. The room are nice and neat and we absolutely loved the views from the rooftop.

5 minute walk to Ocean Park Beach….literally right behind the guesthouse.

10-15 minute Uber ride to Old San Juan costing about $10-$18 depending on the time of day.

Short walk to Ashford Ave to do more exploring and other beach…

Overall I would stay here again and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay in a very homey guesthouse with a good location to key places.
