"Oh my - where to begin? A wonderful guesthouse situated just on the banks of the Wye river - a perfect place to explore the rich beauty of Hay on Wye and Bannau Brycheiniog. It's a quaint guesthouse with a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of character. Had we stayed for a bit longer we could have spent the day lazing on the banks of the river or in the garden reading a book. The room was spacious with all the amenities we needed for a short break and the bed was incredible comfortable. The entire guesthouse was spotless and breakfast was delicious. I can't commend the hosts any higher - kind, gracious, friendly and always ready to offer tips on where to go and what to see. We can't wait to return. "

We went to Foyles for the first night but drove to Brecon for the second to Hop In Brecon, which is a lovely little tapas and beer restaraunt with an incredible selection of craft beer. "
