"Nestled away with outstanding views lies this gem of accommodation where every nuance is catered for. The room is immaculately presented with a wonderful bed and en-suite and many subtle comfort facilities. The hosts are caring & attentive, knowledgeable of the area and keen to impart their advice. I enjoyed a different breakfast each morning, all wonderful but the homemade vegan sausages are to die for. I congratulate Matin & Pippa on running a delightful nest within easy walking reach of Betws-y-Coed with all its dining and activity opportunities "

"You will do well to find anywhere better within easy reach of all that Snowdonia has to offer "

Exceptionally clean,warm and filled with all your requirements for a perfect stay..Breakfast was served hot and tasty with ample choices to suit everyones needs. The host are friendly and willing to point you in the right direction for wherever you want to visit or to leave you alone if you just want to be quiet..We will definitely be back..."

Tip:
"The walk into Betws-y-coed was to far for me but took minutes in the car,parking was plentiful and at £3 (cash or card) for 4 hrs was a bargain.. Hopefully it won't be to long before the bridge is replaced & we will be able to shorten the walk into the centre."

"Could not fault anything during our three-night stay. The attention to detail was outstanding. The owners seem to have thought of everything a traveller would want.
For cyclists there is even a secured shed to leave your bike.
The owners have a fantastic detailed knowledge of the area."

Tip:
"The Sappers Bridge close to Aberconwy House which provides a short direct route into Betws-y-Coed is currently (Sept 2025) being replace. However, it is only a 20-minute walk to the village via a footpath on the A470. Torches are available at Aberconwy House if you are walking in the dark. The owners informed us of the bridge closure ahead of our stay but it was not a problem walking to the village."
