"We came back to Bankfoot Inn a third time as our previous stays were exceptional. Staff are friendly and couldn't be more helpful, it's a cosy old building, bar/restaurant and bedrooms are comfortable and food/drink are very good and reasonably priced. But this time there were people shouting in the bar and outside until around 12.30am. We appreciate this is a pub as well as a hotel but we paid for our room expecting to sleep well. Surely the people using the bar could be reminded there are guests in the rooms above them?"

Tip:
"There's a lovely circular walk for dogs near the Inn."

"We have stayed at the Bankfoot Inn on various occasions over the past five years. This charming Inn has definitely become a favourite stopover with us, on our trips South and back to our home in the Northern isles. We are always made to feel welcome, greeted warmly by friendly staff -- and so is our dog! The rooms are tastefully decorated and the bed very comfortable. We always enjoy breakfast and dinner, both for the quality of the food and ingredients and for the great attentive service. We look forward to our next visit!"

Tip:
"I'm afraid I am unable to comment on this, as we generally just spend one night in Bankfoot each time. Therefore we have so far only explored the walk through and around the village, with our dog."

"Lovely Inn run by lovely people. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We had booked in for dinner and an overnight stay after a short visit to Dunkeld. Had a really nice evening and terrific cooked breakfast. Couldn't be better value."

Tip:
"Nice quiet location if you are looking for a base to explore the surrounding area and much more reasonably priced than somewhere like Dunkeld."
