"Shaun&Debbie are great hosts, very friendly, this was our first stay here and have booked again for 2026, the room was well equipped and has a full sized fridge, lovely comfy bed, shower and towels, good wardrobe and chest of drawers for you clothes, all the things you’d need for a comfortable stay, all very clean , and tea and coffee tray , replenished daily, the morning breakfast was great , cereals, toast,jams and a full English,all with quality products ,&tea or coffee, couldn’t ask for more…….excellent "

Tip:
"Ideal location only a few minutes walk to the sea front near the big wheel, lots to do with a great sea front , 5 minutes walk to the town , with all the local shops within easy reach.
Great restaurants to choose from , English, Turkish, Chinese all offering their wares, we went on a sculpture walk to discover more about Great Yarmouth which was informative and ended up at Anna Sewell house, the author of Black Beauty, very interesting, don’t forget to visit the Hippodrome Circus, what great entertainment, lots to do ."
