"What a lovely place to stay, perfect in every way. Can’t recommend highly enough, very warm and welcoming, best night sleep, really well appointed kitchen and a variety of breakfast options.
It never disappoints, I’m already booked to visit again in a few months time.
Perfect for a couple of nights or staying for a week, great location and the owner is so welcoming and accommodating. "

"We had such a fabulous stay. We stayed on route to and from a longer break in Scotland to break up the journey. The cottage was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast options were also fresh, generous and a great assortment. Our dogs were made to feel very welcome too and there was more than enough space for us all, including secure outside space for them. Finally the hosts, what lovely people. They made our stay. Thank you so much. "

Tip:
"We stopped on the way to and from Scotland but there is loads to do in the local area to this property. We did go into Carlise briefly which was only a short distance away, although you wouldn't know it from the farm the cottage is on which feels a million miles away set in lovely scenery. "
