"This was by far the best bed and breakfast I've ever stayed in. We were there 2 nights and I wish we could have stayed so much longer. Janey was truly amazing, so kind and friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were absolutely to-die-for, incredibly fresh and all homemade with local ingredients...some grown right there on the croft the B&B is on! The room was lovely, with a comfy bed and nice touches like organic instant coffee packs, little snacks, and chilled water in the fridge. We also loved meeting their puppy and chickens, and the magical little walk down to the coast through the backyard is now such a happy place in my memory."

Tip:
"We were there at the end of the off season, and it was very quiet around the area, and even much of the Isle of Skye in general. But if you don't mind driving a bit, there's lots to do and see within an hour or two! There are some lovely looking hikes nearby, and Janey was happy to help us with maps and books and suggestions. She had a large collection of pamphlets and books and information about nearly anything you could want to do on Skye. (Also, if you drive there, stop at GT's in Broadford for the best scone of your life, and lots of other homemade foods and delicious hot beverages! Love From Skye and Handspinners Having Fun are also both near there, for locally handmade gifts and souvenirs and yarn!)"

"A very welcoming place, well situated on Skye Island (near Armadale). The room was super comfortable and well decorated. The breakfast was amazingly good. We had an awesome stay."

Tip:
"We were a bit off season and didn'nt find so many restaurants. The landscapes of Skye are amazing and definitely worth to spend at least a few days there (old man of Storr, nest point)."
