"The owner was very helpful and friendly.
The site is very well run, clean and tidy caters for every size of van/caravan and preference of visitor. From grass, hardstand and hardstand with grass. We stayed on the grass/hardstand pitch. We had a picnic bench on our pitch, which we used at meal times.
There was laundry facilities with washing lines and pegs, which we used.
We were given keys to use the long-term toilet block facilities as we were staying 3 nights. They had free showers.
We would definitely recommend this site.
Good to use as a base to explore or just to chill on site.

Tip:
"It is a pleasant walk into town from the site. Takes about 20mins. You can head along London Road or head down to the sea front and then into town.
There is a morrisons supermarket/petrol station there. There are parks, a variety of shops,pubs and restaurants. We enjoy a meal at Landos Italian restaurant.
There is a harbour and walk along the front to enjoy. Also a museum and tower to visit in the town centre. We visited the swimming pool, which is very good. The facilities also double up as a cinema/theatre. Lots to see and do. "
